"WASHOKU" is the Japanese traditional cuisine which is recently designated by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage. In this class, you will learn how to cook "washoku" including its history and modern perspectives, selection and preparation of ingredients. You will also get the knowledge of basic Japanese etiquette before enjoying the meal.
You can make one main dish of fish or meat(scheduled depends on months), two side dishes and miso soup. Japanese tea and sweet will be served at the meal.
