Why not joining the lesson to make Japanese traditional pickled plum 'Umeboshi' or plum juice at the 'Umeboshi' factory in Wakayama! Use Japanese famous large Nanko plums from Kisyu region of Wakayama to make your original tasty preserved plum. The lesson will take only half an hour! You can take your own made plums back home with you to taste them later! You can also tour around the factory and taste some fresh products after the lesson.
